A-Team Event Design offers two tiers of wedding planning and coordination services to provide flexibility based on your specific need.
Our full service wedding planning option is a holistic planning and coordination service. With this service we plan a complete wedding designed to exceed your expectations and not your budget. Through consultation meetings we'll build a picture of your dream wedding and develop a series of customizable packages. We'll present to you options based on our 80/120 model. As a testament to how we believe in providing value to couples and their families, we'll provide complete wedding options at your budget target, at 80% of target, and at 120% of target. In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding we'll maintain regular communication with all vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page. On the big day we'll coordinate all aspects of setup and preparation and keep things running on schedule.
Our fee structure for full service coordination is completely scalable to the size of the event. As some added perks, our full service option includes a wedding website, hosting, and RSVP coordination at no additional cost. Need some extra help on the big day? Our day-of coordination service includes two personnel, a coordinator and setup/tear down assistant, who will coordinate all wedding day activities beginning with rehearsal the night before. Not only will A-Team Event Design ensure the wedding party is comfortably able to get ready for the ceremony, but we'll take care of setup/tear down of decorations and ensure the ceremony and reception stay on track. For added value, pair our day of coordination with photography for a wedding day bundle!

DIY Party Kits from A-Team Event Design are a great solution for individuals and groups planning small gatherings. Our kits include event decorations and activities and are available on a rental or purchase basis. Renting is an excellent choice for those who may have limited need for décor and accessories following their event. It’s our goal for you to save money and time by renting a kit from A-Team Event Design versus purchasing decorations at a local party store. We also offer the option to purchase decorations included in the kits as our unique collection of accessories can become desired keepsakes to remember the celebration. In addition, we can offer consumable items as part of the kit based on number of anticipated guests. Extra supplies can also be returned with rented decorations.
We offer DIY Party Kits for a variety of events including: bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, holiday celebrations (Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, etc.) and more!
Another great perk with DIY Party Kits from A-Team Event Design is that we’re not limited based on geography. Outside the Kansas City area? Don’t worry! Great photos are the perfect way to capture life's big moments. Whether it's a wedding, a retirement party, or an award ceremony, our photography services are an excellent and cost effective option. A-Team Event Design photography is available as a standalone service offering or as a bundle with event planning services. For wedding photography, we're able to offer a variety of options such as engagement and bridal photos in addition to the ceremony and reception. Not only does our photography service include a selection of professionally enhanced photos but we also give our clients complete ownership of the high resolution images. We love our logo but we won't watermark your photos with them. They're your moments, you own them!
